Roads and Rivers Therapeutic Services, LLC (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining comprehensive and effective privacy protections for its users.  Our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Services.  

For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.roadsnrivers.com.

“Services” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can learn about and become acquainted with the therapeutic mental health services that the Company provides to children, adults and families and provide information by which users can contact the Company to learn more about the Services and determine if the Company’s services would assist a potential client.

We attempt to collect only limited “Non-Personal Information” and do not request or collect “Personal Information” through the Site. 1.   Information collected via Technology

To learn more about our Services, we do not ask that you submit any Personal Information. However, if you wish to schedule an appointment with us to discuss those services, you will need to provide only your name, telephone number and email address which we intend to constitute the only Personal Information we collect through and on the Site. Otherwise, we provide our contact information for you to communicate with us to discuss whether our Services may assist your needs. While we provide Services to minors, the Site is are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13.
